Impossible to replace glass bowl

I bought this mixer a few years ago and love it, however i bumped the lip of the bowl at the spout and cracked it. Now I cannot find a replacement bowl anywhere. I have the stainless bowl, but the attachments do not go to the bottom on the bowl even when I adjust it. I need this mixer to be functional for my home cake business! Very dissapointed in Kitchenaid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Mixer fragile bowl

Purchased end of November and have only used it 3 times. The bowl cracked in a straight line from the spout all the way down to base without incident. It appears to be a flaw in bowl. How do I get a replacement?

Love The Mixer

Mixer is wonderful, but my glass bowl broke, and can’t find replacement anywhere. Very disappointed, extremely expensive & can’t use!!!!

I purchased it a while but wanted to purchase another 6 qt glass bowl and found that can’t find one. I can’t believe that such an expensive machine and you don’t have a 6 qt glass bowl for it and can’t find it anywhere else. Dissappointed

Bowl broke after nearly four years of careful use

I love this mixer. It has been used weekly for nearly four years for bread dough, cookies, and mashed potatoes. We went to start baking cookies. When we (my kids and I) went to get the bowl to start a batch of cookies, it spontaneously broke at the spout. There were no indications that this would happen and we've always been gentle with it.

GOOD MIXER, BAD BOWL

Have had the mixer for 3 years, and while washing it out today my wife barely bumped it on the side of the sink and it chipped . Is there a stainless steel 6qt bowl that will fit this model. KF26M1QBZ. Kitchen Aid Pro 600 Deluxe Bowl lift.

KitchenAid does offer a stainless steel mixing bowl for this model, part number KN2B6PEH. You will also need to purchase the flat beater, dough hook and wire whip to be used with that stainless steel bowl. Please contact KitchenAid directly at 1-800-541-6390 so we can try to further assist with your current issue.

So disappionted

I love my Kitchen Aid. I use it all the time and especially at Christmas when I make Cinnamon Rolls and Yeast Bread. I am extrememly careful with it. I store it properly and only hand wash it. The lip broke a year or so ago and now the bottom busted out, cutting my finger on fragments. SERIOUSLY?! we all can agree that when we purchase one we plan to have it for years. Now I have to order a new bowl. Will just buy a stainless steal one. I highly recommend that if you purchase with a glass bowl, be CAREFUL!

Awful bowl

I bought this stand mixer some years back and I love it however when it comes to using this bowl it cracks or breaks with a handful of uses. I’ve replaced it several times! I’m to the point I may go to an competitor.
