Installed 1 month ago. Buzzer on timer is very soft so sometimes hard to hear depending on where you are in the house. Would prefer a lighter interior. When you open the door it is dark grey inside, sort of like a cave. Used to white interior. Have not used it for much more than heating liquids.

Great Microwave with some minor flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Amana microwave because the first worked so well. So far this microwave has been great, it cooks quickly and evenly, the sensor technology works very well, and it looks good. The couple flaws I have found are:
1. The timer and info screen become dim and difficult to see at an angle.
2. The under cabinet light to illuminate the range below is placed so far back on the unit that it doesn't light up the inside of larger pots.
Overall, I would recommend this microwave to anyone who wants a high quality microwave at a reasonable price.
