Works but features not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like how the dishes stack inside. I could pack my old dishwasher much better than this one. The bowls placed in the top tray just dont fit the way they are shown in the manual. Plus some cups/mugs are just wider than the racks allow. I find the dishwasher just limits the way you can pack it. Other than that it is a good washer. Looks beautiful and washes dishes well but how the dishes stack is really the most important feature to me, and this is lacking in that department.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans dishes well

I had this model installed on 5/14/13 and on 9/13/13 it started to leak water underneath the left. I had a repairman on 9/24/13 look at it, I am now waiting for a new heating seal to arrive. It still works fine, I just have to place a towel on the floor to soak up the water. Is this why this model is no longer being manufactured?

This is a beautiful machine, fairly quiet and does a good job of cleaning when using the recommended soap packs. The build quality is at question inside the machine. The racks do not move very well. The bottom rack always comes out crookedly, and the top rack has broken after 10 months of use. But it is a great machine.

Bought this 5 years ago from Lowe's. 6 months after the warranty expired the pump to the top spinners went bad. Year and a half later, same thing. 3 weeks ago, it has done it again. Bowls don't sit in top shelf properly, bottom rack pulls out crooked every time. But, it's pretty, so, there's that I guess
