Oven got a hole in the bottom of it. I now need to replace it after only 3 1/2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly we hate it. It doesn't heat well or cook evenly. We have to turn it way up and the food is raw on the bottom and burnt on the top. We are not happy.
