Excellent and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in the kitchen of the new house we recently purchased and is great. We have had to test it to determine the cooking time, but once we did that everything is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this oven a while ago and for almost a year it gave off an unpleasant odour whenever I used it. I called in to see if something could be done but was told it was normal. It took about a year but eventually that odour stopped being as strong. Today I decided to wipe it down a run the self cleaning cycle for the first time. As I was wiping down the inside a piece of the ceramic coating chipped off and stabbed my finger. After I got the inside wiped down I opened the windows, turned on the fan and ran the self cleaning cycle. The place was totally overwhelmed with the odour from the oven. It's even in the fabric. It's 6 hours since the self clean ended and the smell is still there. This was such a disappointing and frustrating purchase.

Without the backsplash, it appears to open up that whole side of the kitchen, and now it looks so spacious!. I feel as though I have a new kitchen! Now - if it would just improve my cooking.....
