We bought a new cooktop in fear and trembling, because we loved our old one. But when we got new quartz countertops, it seemed silly to put back a 30-year-old cooktop — so we sprang for a new one. And a month in, we are very pleased with our choice. The sensitivity and variation of the burner controls is excellent. The easy-to-clean design is great. I love having a 5th burner. And it looks very stylish but classic to boot. Here's hoping this one goes for 30 years!

Awesome stove top...

We have had almost 3 months. Not a lick of issues. They should have tossed in the griddle that goes over 2 burners to make grilled cheese sandwiches...

My former cooktop was almost 20 years old and still working great, but we were changing countertops and decided to get a new one with the fifth burner. We donated the old one to Habitat Restore. So far I love it!

This cooktop scratches easily and is kind of a nuisance to clean. The two left burners cook great and the top smaller burners take longer to heat a pot of water. I realize they are smaller but don't be in a hurry to cook something. The larger pot boiler burner is convenient to bring a large pot of pasta or cook stir fry. I would rather have another burner like the two on the left.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cook Top came with our new home, an all GE package of dishwasher, double ovens, gas stove top, micorwave and exhaust fan. All look beautiful in our kitchen, we could not be happier!
