Just had it installed, but I've had other GE appliances and have been very happy with the products and service. I don't see why this one should be any different. Other rater's have given it a 5. Hoping their right.

Love this stove top. Very easy to clean. Nobs are sturdy. Grates are not too heavy to lift and clean.

The cooktop is easily cleaned-well sealed. Some parts of the burners are even top shelf dishwasher safe.
Expected the control knobs to be made of metal instead of plastic-- only time will tell how rugged they are. The feet on each of the grates are already starting to deteriorate. I hope replacements are warranty covered or not too expensive if not.
Have owned the unit for almost 3 months.
