Cheap knobs

Got GE appliance through our home builder when we built our new home. Knobs on gas stove broke within the first few months. Having a hard time finding replacement parts. Very cheaply made

Brand new stovetop but Knobs keep breaking :(

This stovetop was installed in a brand new house we bought from the builder. After just one week, a knob broke, then during the second week of use...two more broke! I have called CS to complain, and the broken knobs will be replaced, however, I'm sure they will keep breaking as they are made from cheap plastic. Are there metal - brushed nickel - replacements for these?? We are totally frustrated with this stovetop!!!!

This stove came in a new home I purchased and it is awful. Only 1out of 4 caps fit right which means the heat isn’t distributed evenly. When the stove is turned down low to simmer there is only flame one one side and sometimes flame goes completely out. The only reason I have it is because it was in the home already which is not an option below asking reason I chose it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sealed burners equals easy cleanup! Value for the dollar is second to none. Easy to ignite and operate too. Do yourself a favor and buy this affordable cooktop and leave the bells and whistles to your keeping-up-with the Jones next door neighbors.

Nice Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range as part of a package with my new home builder. I love it because it's gas instead of electric and it's easier to get the exact heat settingt that you want because it's gas. It is definitely an upgrage from the traditional gas range. It's easier so far, to keep it clean. The only drawback to the appliance itself, is the cost. I wish GE Profile appliances were less expensive! :(
