Although no longer available I will say, I have never had to get any work on this model except purchase one new knob. It has stood the test of time! can't say the same for the GE down draft though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stovetop is made very well. Great flame and start up. Quality product my second profile unit This one better than prior. New features a huge plus. Lighted knobs when on. Childlockout. Easy install did it myself. Classy looking

Great stove top. Second GE Profile I’ve owned much better than the first one. LED lighted knobs lock out control for small kids. Made extremely solid. Professional stove top
