Won't heat up

Looks good, but after 1st cook it won't heat up and flame keeps going out. Tried 2 different tanks seems like it could be the regulator. Going to contact support for charbroil.

Nice portable grill

So excited that I received my portable grill today. Everything looked fine except for the one locking latch, it is very loose and doesn't stay locked and closed, I would like to know how to fix this issue. I am not excited about repackaging the grill and sending it back.

I like this, you have to learn that it cooks faster than normal gas grills. I'd of given 5 stars but in 2 months the Pezio Ignighter failed, I'm here to buy a replacement
