Great Customer Service Outstanding Grill

I had an issue with my Grill 2 Go, with one call to the 800 number, I spoke with Teresa, my issue was solved. I have to say in todays market place, customer service is a very BIG Deal with me, the customer service I received was fantastic. After a shot learning time with the Tru Infrared, I can't say enough good about this portable grill, so to say that I am replacing my home worn out grill with Char-Broil 4 burner commercial Tru Infrared model. Great Products and Excellent service. All I can say is Thanks for everything you have earned a customer for life!!!!!!! Again thx Teresa!!!!!!!!

Regulator Shot After 6 months

Had a Charbroil for 25 years so it was an easy decision on what to buy next. I bought the X200. Nice size grill, easy to use, heats very fast. I actually had to open the grill every 3 - 5 minutes to reduce the heat while on low heat setting. Then after about 7 - 8 months, the regulator went to heck. Warranty, yeah, but need to send them the grill according to the directions. No more Charbroil for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product. I'm still trying to figure out how to clean it. So far that's been a challenge.

We recommend cleaning with a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

OUTSTANDING BBQ & SMOKER

We have had this model for over 2 yrs and have had no problems at all. We have a full size infer red bbq which is amazing and so is this smaller model. Just add wood chips and seasoned meat and your all set. Wonderfull taste with that smoked flavor. Would not be with out either one.

Purchased last week; used 3 times since.Very power full to sear meat (that was what I was looking for) I was concern with the issue of being to hot but this is not the case. When you get a new BBQ, you need to learn and get used to how it handles. If I want to cook more slowly, start it at the lowest temperature and leave it there and it will do a perfect job for chicken and pork chops.
I would recommend this to a friend!
