Very unhappy with the V-grate cooking surface!

I bought this because of the name on it, but it has not lived up to its reputation. The cooking surface clogs with the least amount to drippings and you end up getting burned grease on the burgers. I'd be happier with a wire grate and a burner shield that heats by infrared.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the grill but the value is poor. I bought the hose to hook to a tank and was using it that way; when I left for my RV trip I desided to use the little tanks. The value woulded shut off. I had to go buy a 5lb tank and hook the hose back up so I could shut the gas off at the tank. The value doesn't regulate the flame eityher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Faulty Regulator

I used the grill only 3 times and found it nearly impossible to regulate the flow of propane. It would not shut off completely which made using the grill a harrowing experience. The black knob and spring fell out completely at one point. I am hoping the replacement valve being sent to me fixes the issue. I wonder why when the part is being sent direct from the company, it will still take 7-10 days for it to arrive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great grill to conceal from you HOA

When my HOA banned gas grills from balconies, I got this little beauty. Dangle a dummy cord from the grill to make it look electric and viola I'm back in the gas grilling business. I love it!

Great Portable Grill

I have several of them. One at a house in Ohio, the other in Florida. It does a great job cooking and even smoking foods. I've used this unit on my boat when I've gone boat camping at remote sites. (Cooking on the beach, not the boat.) The only draw back to this model, don't let it sit out in the elements for too long, the rain will rust it out. I use these in place of larger units. I live its overall build quality and how good it cooks meat and veggies. I have no problem in recommending this model.

What a great grill. I have just went on a three week camping trip and we used it every day. I wish I had bought this earlier, I was buying 1 to 2 cheap ones a season but I don't think I will have to buy another on for a long time.
