[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently replaced my broken kettle with the Artisan Electric Kettle. It is stylish, but also feels great with good weight distribution on the overhead handle. Feels just like a kettle used to - love it! Also no gimmicky settings which no-one ever uses anyway..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and am happy with the look and how it works. If I have one gripe then it is the chemical smell that is still hanging around. I have boiled water numerous times, I have used Bicarb of Soda - it still has a chemical after taste. I am hoping it will eventually disappear but it will make me hesitant buying Kitchenaid products again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
