Setup went went very nicely.

I felt compelled to offer my opinion as to how nicely the WI FI setup went for me when setting up my new Work Force 435, all in one printer. I was pleasantly surprised at how nicely the printer recognized my router. I went through the typical setup and accessed the wireless option on my router. I configured the WPA security option and renamed the SSID to my choosing and low and behold
the WF 435 found everything it needed! I typed in the passkey I assigned to the router at the printer and the router liked it! I was very happily surprised to be moving onto installing drivers and apps! After telling the software or driver installer, who’s who in the zoo (“WI FI printer” and “yes” to already on the network) the software recognized the printer and I was able to run a test print from my workstations. I found the whole thing to be relatively painless.

I’ve owned Epson’s in the past and have had pretty good luck with them. My first printer was an Epson LQ-570, 24 pin dot matrix in 1993 so I go back a ways with Epson products.
I don’t typically offer my time to a review; this is my second time in all of the years I’ve purchased any computer equipment.

The printer is sleek and good looking.
The setup was very easy and quick.
Instructions easy to follow.
Ink was easy to install.
This unit replaces (2) HP units.

So, far very nice printer. Lot of printer for the money. Easy to carry(light), use and set Up. Instructions excellent. Was tired of waiting for son to set up and did this on my own. Only had for a few hours, but so far impressive and looks nice in my office.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer

I love my printer. I've had several in the past (another big name) that didn't work well - the paper didn't feed well - or at all.
My Epson works great - feeds the paper great, and the scanner is very good - it will scan multiple pages of a document and put it into one single pdf file - when I had called other manufacturers about this issue they didn't know what I was talking about. The ink levels coming up on each document printing is a pain to see - you can probably turn it off, but I haven't yet. I have it connected to my desktop - and a laptop that is used in other rooms of the house - it works great throughout the house. the print is clear and the scaning is straight and good quality and compression is good also. Highly recommended - it's kind of big but with all it does who cares? I love it.

Having owned numerous make and models, including past epson printer I can say without reservation this was the most difficult to get it to download all the different all in one capabilities. My scan drivers did not load properly and needed to go to Epson webpage to find applicable drivers and utilities for my scanner. Am still in the process of getting all the glitches out. The scan embedded page is graphically outdated, at least that the way it seems to me. This is not the most friendly user and fast to take flight for my needs. Maybe after months I will get the glitches out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Built to last and easy to setup

I'm really pleasantly surprised I could get a wireless all-in-one printer with fax so cheap that perform so well. It is built well and very easy to setup. The print quality is excellent. The best printer I've own so far.

Never worked, even test print came back "replace ink". When I highlighted a document there was no print option. It wanted to fax it wherever.
