Fast, easy to use , great for home use , reasonably priced including Ink Cartridges , availability of help , overall nice unit !

pretty good 3 in one

In general, I like this printer and they have a pretty good return/service policy. Not only is the printer good, but I especially find the scanner very, very useful. I have not been able to receive faxes but sending faxes function works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The document feed wants to pull through several sheets at a time and jams. Epson has now replaced the machine 3 times. All 4 have had the same problem. After 1 year I am now having to buy a new machine. Unfortunately is won't be Epson

The print quality was good but I was very disappointed in the scanning component. Scanned copies were of poor quality and process was cumbersome. I found scanning with the Workforce 610 to be far superior.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
