Latch touches my chin when drinking

I have had the non-stick version of this for years and loved it. I "upgraded" to this one to reduce my exposure to the non-stick chemicals. I like it. Unfortunately the front latch hits my chin in an uncomfortable way when I take a sip. It's an annoying design flaw. I wish I had know this before spending so much money on this mug.

This is a beautiful water bottle. It is functional and elegant. It is truly a water bottle for all occasions. The lavender pink color is perfect for a professional, but it also works well for casual days, too. It keeps beverages cold all day long. The wide mouth top and removable drinking spout are easy to clean.

Excellent quality of materials and design

Worth the price. I use this mug to keep my tea hot all day and pour small amounts into a cup as I go. The lid design is perfect for pouring if anyone else plans to use this the same way. Sleek design and very slender so the way it feels in your hand is perfect and it fits into any cup holder. I love glancing down and seeing it sitting on my desk, if you love quality products that look as good as they function then you'll appreciate this mug.
It did come with two little scratches in the paint on the outside revealing the stainless steel underneath (posted in picture). It's a small defect and I won't be sending it back as I don't want to wait to send it back and receive another one. That being said for a mug this expensive they should quality check for this kind of thing.
Even with the scratches though I give this a 5-star review. I'm sure the vast majority don't have a blemish and after commuting I'm sure I'll scratch it even more. Overall design and functionality is the best I've seen in an insulated mug.

I had a competitors coffee mug, but it would leak coffee from its drinking mechanism. This was frustrating, so I looked for a simpler version that didn’t have as many potential fail points. ThebZojirushi SM-KHE36/48 has fewer fail points than other brands. It is totally leak proof, so much so that instead of stirring the creamer in, I just screw the lid in and shake it up. Very good product.

Bought the Champagne Gold color as a commuter mug. Not only is the exterior beautiful, the mug flat out works perfectly. I fill with hot tea at 7am and it is HOT until the afternoon. I clean it every night when I get home and it is a breeze as the lid disassembles easily. Don't settle for cheap mugs that don't keep liquids hot and leak. This Zojirushi is the best of the best, well thought out, cleans easily, keeps liquids hot or cold for hours, and doesn't leak!

These are the best mugs ever. I use one for the gym and fill with water and ice. Water will stay COLD for at least 12 hours. Second mug is filled with my dunking donuts hot coffee and that will stay HOT for hours as well. Amazing!!!!!
