This is the 2nd one I've purchased, and I bought one for a friend who saw mine. I bought the first one in Tokyo several years ago & fell in love. It keeps hot drinks hot, cold drinks cold. The one handed operation is terrific, so handy if one is carrying anything, like a walking stick, shopping bag, etc. AND it locks, so you won't have surprises. Finally, the circumference is small enough to fit nicely in any cup holder you might encounter, as well as in your hand.

This is my sisters favorite coffee mug. Our only complaint is that the emerald color is no longer emerald but more teal now. It’s her favorite color and when she orders them they always show up teal instead of emerald. It’s a lot of money for your favorite mug to be the wrong color.

Keeps coffee hot for several hours, doesn’t leak, and the 16 ounce size fits the Airbus cup holder. It’s not a snug fit, but secure enough that it won’t fall out.

This thermos mug keeps my coffee warm for a heck of a long time. As I golf, I fill one with caf and another with decaf. They are both hot by the time my 5 hour round is over. They are easier to drink from (my nose does not get in the way). I have been doing thermoses (including battery powered ones) for 8 years. I am now home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps coffee hot for hours. Easy to drink from. Locking mechanism on spout works perfectly to prevent leaks and spills. Easy to clean as well. Bonus for me: the diameter of the thermos is small enough that it fits into the pouch of my "professional" backpack -- most travel mugs and thermos bottles do not. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

I bought this mug four years ago and I still love it today as much as when I bought it. I have smaller hands and this mug is easy to hold in one hand while, say, hanging onto a subway pole with the other. I can even hold it and my cell phone in my hand at the same time. I nurse my coffee for several hours all more, slowly sipping, and this mug keeps coffee warm for hours. The lock on the lid ensures it doesn't pop open unexpectedly, so I can throw it into a bag upside down - it has never leaked. The finish is high quality and while my other insulated mugs look worn and scraped up, this one looks nearly new. I have many other thermoses from big brands like Yeti, Thermos, Miir, Corcicle -- this one has outlasted them all.

Great product but for the drips down my front

I was given this mug (SM-KHE48-PT) at the end of May 2024. I've used it only for cold beverages, and it's been great at keeping them good and cold for a long time.
I dropped down to giving it 3 stars because after a little while it drips when I sip from it. Not thrilled with wearing coffee stains on my shirt for the rest of the day!
