As mentioned in Q15 - I purchased the second printer to replace original one with error code 0,x97 which you kindly are going to repair.
Unfortunately it co incided with the end of the financial month and was imperative I had access to a printer/scanner immediately. My first one only lasted 18 months so I am looking forward to more longevity with this one
