The WF-4640 is one of the best Multifunction Centres I have used in a long time. The finished product is amazing. Great Value for money with low running cost.

If you want a printer which has no problems, Epson is the way to go. We have had Epson for years and not one problem

Classy product

I haven't bought an inkjet printer for years as I prefer the features of laser printers but was convinced to try the new Epson Workforce when I saw the specs and read the glowing reviews, online.
Have only had it for two days but I am already churning out all types of prints from a couple of home computers as well as our iPads and iPhones. The quality is outstanding; I can't fault it at all. The touchscreen display is excellent and quite intuitive. I skimmed through the voluminous manual but doubt that I will really need to refer to it.
My only criticism is that there was no startup guide included in the package so that I did not know whether I should plug-in and install the inks before installing software. I found an online startup guide from Epson, Canada, which varied from what eventually was the start-up guide once the enclosed CD was opened. Just to confuse the issue, I found an online Epson video which talked about installing the printer totally from the touchscreen. I guess that all three methods would do the job but I was concerned that I would screw up by possibly choosing the wrong path. If only there had been a small sheet to show what to do first.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I purchased Epson glossy photo paper as it cost only a fraction of what it did many years ago. At these prices plus the very reasonable cost of inks, I can see myself printing many more photos that I would otherwise normally do.

perfect product for small business. the WF- 4640 has all the features you will need an even some you would only get by spending more cash. easy to install and great printing quality.

My reason for purchasing the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4640 printer was to be able to print scapbooking text, photos and school worksheets. This printer is not only easy to use but fast and value for money.

Starting with a great price after buying the 4640 i didnt look back.
Inkjet printers have come a long way since my last purchase. After initially going out to purchase a laser printer and sick of the ongoing cost of buying ink i was excited to learn that this printer was so efficient. I've halved my printing costs and the quality is so good.

It took 6 hours to install and I still do not have the fax working

On line help good but I had gobble di gook print outs for 200 pages . Set up information should be more product specific
