[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked once. They sent me an adapter which was useless as it is the charger thats the problem. Unfortunately the do not sell the charger. This product and series model is no longer available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dirty water tank

I purchased mine sometime around July, I've only used it a hand full of times. Everything works fine, but for some reason it won't hold the dirty water in the tank. It just drains all over the floor. I was hesitate to buy a bissell product in the first place, because I already have a carpet cleaner that also is broke. Disappointed but not surprised

Oh no! It sounds like the gasket in the dirty water tank may have become misaligned or come out. Help!!!!

Received this product two weeks ago. I love the way it cleans. However, I am having problems charging the unit. When I plug it in the lights go on as they should however, after just a couple of minutes they go off and I have to unplug and then replug the adapter into the outlet...I have tried several outlets and this occurs on all of them.

Well, the fist thing I'd like to say is WOW! What cleaning ability. But only 20 minutes. Gosh, girls (and guys) who among us want to stop using this fantastic product after 20 minutes. But you know, 20 minutes is all it takes to look and smell brand new!!!! My only problem, is that I would've put four retracting rolling wheels on the bottom.
