Hose got brittle and has cracked

It seems that over time, the hose which is kind of short, from being coiled around the base of the unit has become brittle and has cracked at the spray extractor tool. I need a replacement hose

I use this daily, I have two old cats who have eating issues so this is the perfect thing to have. My husband has terrible arthritis and finds it very difficult holding on to a cup. So every once or twice a week a cup of coffee is spilled on the carpet somewhere. I keep it fully charged and I am off. The floor dries so quickly also. I could not see my self with out this machine, I just love it so much. I now own 3 different sized carpet cleaners by Bissell and I love every one of them. The large pet pro I use every couple of months for all of the carpets, the small one to do larger spots, and this new one for emergencies.

Almost Perfect

I tried out my new SpotClean this past weekend and was very impressed with it. I used it both on indoor carpet spots and in my car. When you initially hear it has 20 minutes of run time you think that's not much time, but when you factor in when doing spot cleaning, the machine is only on for a few minutes at a time usually, it has enough power for quite a bit of cleaning. It was very nice when doing the car cleaning to not have to worry about an outlet or a cord getting tangled anywhere. It was a bit annoying how wide the spray from the main tool was, for a spot cleaner, you would think it would be a bit narrower spray, then the multi-attachment had a very thin spray, almost just a stream. The suction was not quite as strong as an electric spot cleaner and you could tell based on how much you sprayed vs how much it suctioned, but the carpet was by no means "wet" after suction, just damp. Overall I was extremely happy with it and its performance.

I'm always sceptical that cordless electronics won't have much power but it does exactly what I need it to do. The construction is really good quality too. I like how this little spot clean cordless cleaned my 7 steps until it died and have to recharge for another 4 hours in order to use it again. The 3 in 1 tool for some reason doesn't stay on tool head. It seems to come loose every. Could it be that the 3in1 tool is defected and doesn't connect the way it should be? Anyone experience this problem. I called support and they were not much help. I will give it a week more to try this to see if i should return it. They mention that shipping is included but not the handling. Sounds about right which is the Sales Tax. The person on the line was very clueless with handling my request if I wanted to return but tells me that since this is under warranty i will have to take it to a local authorized center for the problem on the 3 in 1 tool

Terrible Engineering

I can't believe that I had to take this thing apart and reseal all of the areas that are leaking. It leaks in the handle, it leaks from the dirty water tank, it leaks from underneath the unit. Unfortunately this is the only cordless spot cleaner I can find or I would return it. I took the handle apart and added Teflon tape to all the joints. I even had to use a sealant to seal the tray on the dirty water side so it would stop leaking from under the unit, you know, where the electronics are....what a price of junk. I wish I could find a replacement unit. Ordered two and they both behave the same way. How long did you guys have to engineer this thing? And this is your final design? terrible!!!!
