No more hard spots!

The combinations of the battery lifespan (quite impressive), the lightweightness and the mobility makes this the perfect vacuum for someone who is seeking for agility. A great portion of my house is covered with hardwood floors and rugs, my bedroom has carpet. This vacuum transitions perfectly among them, including corners and tough spots, like under the sofa. I specially like the fact that even when it's on, when the vacuum is standing, the brushes stop rotating. That prevents those "overbrushed" spots when using the hose or just moving something away. Still on the hose usage, I was quite impressed when I tried for the first time to use the vacuum completely disconnected from the base and it worked perfectly. Virtually nothing is out of reach now. The only minor (really minor) downside is the wand span. As a 5'4 (1,65m) person, I wish there were more extensions... I can say, for sure, that this is a great acquisition that came handy and on the right time.

Waste of money

COLOSSAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! Worst vacuum I have ever owned/used. We spend more time unclogging it (in three different places, one requires taking it apart) than we do actually vacuuming :( For the price we expected a decent working vacuum, sad to say the 70.00 vacuum we had prior to this one worked way better.

I plan on purchasing another vacuum, I don't like dyson so I wanted to give Bissel a try because of the animals I have. I prefer cordless due to my back issues and disability but will need to go back to a corded vacuum. I'm hoping I can return my current cordless bissel and purchase a new one.

The power glide is a great product. The battery lasted through my entire house. The suction is great and I have 4 dogs. I love that it fits under the cabinets. I have used the dyson animal and this power gilde works just as well and the battery lasts longer. I would rate this 5+ stars!!
