machine too heavy, very little suction, short battery life!!

This machine is heavy and seems unbalanced in my hands. The cannister does not clean out easily but most of all the suction started out very poorly and now about two years later, it is non-excitant.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a paid review! Everyone gave this 5 stars only because they got the thing for free. I actually paid for it, and it was so bad I just returned it. IT WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR CURRENT CORDED VACUUM, let me be clear about that. The Bad: The canister size is VERY small, you will be emptying it frequently if you have pets. The vacuum edge misses 1" along baseboards..its a huge gap Wand is very short Internal O ring that separates the filter from the canister doesn't sit tight so in turn it will actually throw a little dust back into the house.. Build quality could be better. The Good: Fast Charging Have yet to completely deplete the battery during cleaning. Quiet operation. More suction power than the popular wand style cordless cleaners. I love the idea of cordless vacuums and want to love it, but its just lacking in several areas..big areas as in throwing dust all over your house.

love the color,very easy & convenient to use, it's light weight but yet very powerful! BEST thing about it has to be the fact that it's Cordless!!!! :) Cleaning Made Fun!!!! Only suggestions I would make to make it perfect is that it should have an adjustment button for HIGH TO LOW carpet/Bare floor Also the Power button should be made a bit darker to be seen better. OVERALL a Wonderful Vacume. Thank you Bissel :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It has exceeded my expectations. Very nice to be able to separate the canister from the unit for cleaning hard to reach spots. Battery life is fantastic. Suction is amazing, far better on the few area rugs we have than I would have imagine. The switch to turn off the brush roll is great...with it off, the thing works perfectly on our hardwood and composite floors. Nice and light, maneuverable, and not bulky. Emptying the canister is easy...and no more bags! And it's quiet....even on the high power setting you can have a conversation over it. It's a winner so far.

WORST VACUUM OF ALL TIME!!! I'm so frustrated with this VACUUM cleaner. It can't be returned as it was an airmiles purchase and it was a collasol waste of thousands of points!!! I'm raging... I had a very nice lady from customer service with Bissell help me with the problems we were having and it worked only ONCE after that it has been a huge waste of time... this VACUUM cleaner makes me want to cry!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Has no suction and clogs like you would not believe in multiple different places because it has a p-trap design in 4 spots. Horrible design, I can't believe its still on the market.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the cordless feature and the vacuum is so easy to maneuver and easy to empty and clean. Its wonderful and picks up dust and dirt fantastic. I love this little vacuum and will probably purchase another Bissell product soon!
