Glides so easy

I liked how easy it swivels even though my carpet is very thick and the suction is so strong that it got up the pine needles that are very hard to vacuum up we live in the forest. The only problem that I had was sometimes when I picked it up by the canister it would pop off the bottom of the vacuum. It also vacuumed up the stone floors great.

I got this vacuum with a few years worth of Airmile Points and I was so excited to receive it in the mail. It was very easy to assemble and charged very quickly which was very nice. Unfortunately it had very little suction right from the beginning and only got worse (I have only had the vacuum for about a month), and the hose hardy works AT ALL (to the point of me not even being able to use it because it does nothing). I was extremely disappointed and was starting to get extremely frustrated as it picks up almost NOTHING (and yes, I have kept the hoses, filter, and canister clean). I called Bissell and they are sending a replacement, they were quite good to deal with. I'm really hoping that I just had a faulty one and that the new one will be much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it would be lighter and taking the battery out to charge up is a bit of a pain (I couldn't get it out the first few times! I needed help wiggling it out) but it seems to work well.

This vacuume has a lot of great features. I like that it's lightweight, portable, cordless and multi-directional pivot. I charged it for the recommended time and it seem to get 4 average size rooms cleaned on one charge. When the battery is getting low, the machine will shutoff on you to let you know that it needs charging. It would be good to have an extra battery charged on hand, for a back up.

This cordless vacumn is great on my carpet as well as my hardwood floors. It has a powerful suction, and what I really like about it is that I don't have to plug it up and go as far as the cord Will reach and the unplug it and take it across room and plug up again. No worry with cords . Another wonderful feature is simple disconnect bottom and lift the light- weight wand to dust Your furniture or blinds and drapes. I would recommend this product to anyone.
