Great SSD!

Love the Samsung SSD drives. They're the only SSD I utilize in my builds. The Evo series is especially great for value and performance (Pro series in my main system for that little extra write speed). For cost, this is by far the best 500GB drive, and I'm already ordering the 1TB version today.
Pros: Inexpensive

Needed an SSD for new Gaming build. Although I used Intel SSD's in the past, I was looking for better "bang for the buck" and decided to try this 850 EVO. Wow, no regrets with this choice. Install was simple, just plug and play. Win 10 install went smoth, sofware installed without issue, and it is fast..very fast. Will recommend to friends... You won't go wrong with this unit.
Pros: Inexpensive, easy install
Cons: no install backer plate

I was so impressed with this drive that I brought two and replaced both of my older laptops. everything works just fine.

Software accompanied SSD works great and is a nice feature. Performs as expected, design... it's an SSD, value... with the newer platforms and faster tech on the market, the price should be a bit lower. Overall, great product, would buy again and recommend to others.

I just came across a SSD not too long ago. I was looking for some upgrades for my laptop and found out that upgrading to a SSD is a great way to go. I went ahead and ordered an Samung SSD and I couldn't be happier. I instantly noticed a change with my laptop. Everything was running faster and performing better. I probably should have got a larger capacity drive, but I'm quite happy with what I have. I would recommend upgrading to a samsung SSD to anyone that is looking for a simple upgrade for your laptop.
Pros: reliable, faster
Cons: little expensive for 250gb

Easy to install, easy to use. My only qualm was the lack of screws to mount it with since it's a 2.5" drive and I had to buy a special converter to mount it in a 3.5" bay. Little things like that make a difference. Otherwise, drive does what it needs to and does it well.
