Fast! Extremely fast!

This Solid State Drive replaced a very slow 5400 RPM drive that seemed to be heating. After the replacement, (rather easy) the machine delivered a speed that had never been experienced! Awesome, computing made quick and easy! Excited, Happy, Amazed! These are the ways I would describe this Solid State Drive!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, great support

Samsung Products are some of the best out there, and this SSD does not let you down. I have owned this SSD for over a year before deciding to write a review online. If you are looking for a reliable SSD from a reliable brand the 850 evo is a must have, they make this ssd in various sized and prices.

Samsung has always been a go-to in SSD for me. I have had various other brands and Samsung outperforms them. Write and Read speeds are superb.

Everything I wanted

Replaced an aging system HD with the 850 EVO 250Gb SSD. Migration went without a problem and system boots up more quickly than with the old HD.
Pros: Inexpensive

Works on MacBook with MCP79 nVidia boards

I've been look forever for a ssd that would work nicely with my 2009 MacBook Pro. The 850 Evo series negotiate the correct speeds with the MCP79 chipset.

Surprising performance

I was not disappointed at all with the performance or price of this drive. It is absolutely amazing in every way imaginable. I would recommend this purchase to anyone looking for some awesome performance and to breathe some new life into an aging PC or laptop with an old spinner HDD in it.

Easy to install and with program to make easy cloning from another SSD or HDD. Good price and warranty making the competition grind there teeth. Needed a SSD cause I been having bad luck with outdated hard drives. Best investment for any computer!
