This product is great!

Out of the box easy to set up. Cooling capacity is more than I needed for my 9 x 13 room. The noise doesn't bother me - lulls me to sleep at night. The only downfall is that the digital display only shows the temperature you want the room set at. It does not display the actural temperature of the room while running/cooling. I've had three other portable room air conditioners made by other companies in the past and this LG is by far the best.

I was very happy with this unit, cools the house very well and is quiet enough that you can't hear it unless you are close to it. the part that goes into the window is a joke but I overcame that very easily, and considering it has to fit so many different types of windows I'll give LG a pass on that one. I would recommend this unit to anyone that askes

This product works very well to cool a room down. Coming from Texas, I was used to central A/C and this unit works very well in a small house. I like the remote control and energy saver.

Our central air went out when it was 105 outside, 88 inside. We purchased this 11k BTU for the bedroom and was excellent kept us confortable and was very quiet.

this is one great ac the fact that it also de-humiditys at the same time makes the room cooler at a higher tempture and the plus of being mobile

We bought this at the end of the season. We didn't think we would get to use it until next summer, but we had a few warm days and were able to try it out. It was easy to set up and worked beautifully. We no longer have to put and take out a window unit. Looking forward to using it next summer. I would recommend this to anyone looking to find an easier way to cool down any space you are in.

i got this AC Unit to cool my sun drenched living room in the summer. It kept my living room comfortable. I was not cold but I wasn't sweating. I also am guilty of trying to use only one unit for some serious square footage. Based off the unit's instructions, I need 2 AC units for my living room. I found more success using the timer and cooling it before I got home. It's pretty loud but it becomes white noise, friends and family didn't notice it. i'm buying another one for my bedroom for the summers.

This product is easy to move.

I am pleased with the way the product is easy to move on its wheels. They are high quality wheels. I was discouraged by the lack of content and indexing of the manual. I am also disappointed that the digital panel is hard to read- the room has to be dark or I have to cup my hands around it to read it.
