Unit struggling during this heatwave

When first purchased this unit temps were 80-85- unit did very well. But now that the temps are 90+ unit struggles to cool same area- compressor runs nonstop. Now it seems as though I would need 2 units to cool same area. And I also feel that window units perform much better- but unfortunately my new landlords won't allow them anymore.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

Out of the box and within 15 minutes it was installed and running. I've looked at this unit for a few years. I have always used in window units but I have had all my windows in my house replaced and the new windows make it difficult to do a window unit. I put the gasket material on the plastic window insert rather then the window making the unit very portable in the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

meets all my needs

We bought 2 identical LG units to cool our bungalow. Having a boiler system with radiator heat our only other option was to have a costly vent/ furnace/ AC unit installed. these portable units are cool, quiet, and easily transferred to rooms where we need them to meet our needs. Ouronly regret was they we didn't purchase them last year.

What made me purchase is product? I have been buying LG products for several years now, starting with cell phones. I just love it! I really keeps my small home cool and I'm glad I made this investment. Yes, I would purchase another LG product and recommend it to anyone who will listen. works good in a small open area

I purchased this for my open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Works well can be a bit noisy but really didn't bother me. I've kept it on energy saver most of the time and has added little to my electric bill. When super hot and humid it's on full cooling mode. I would recommend this for an inexpensive solution to anyone who can't have a window a/c. I installed myself in about 5 minutes.

we bought this cooler this hot summer and it made such an improvement to our room temp we thought we should have gotten it sooner. like the remote and timer feature i use that the most. love that you can fall asleep with it on and it wont run all night.
