I'm disappointed...

I ordered a mult-pak-One of the black cartridges is defective...Will not print.....The others seem ok.
This one cartridge is useless & I would like a replacement.

The number of copies I got from the HP 60 black ink cartridge is very low. I used the economy setting and only got 165.

expensive cartridge, little or no ink

i bought two 60XL cartridges, which are expensive but advertised to yield up to 3 times the pages of the regular cartridges.
one cartridge did not yield even one printed page.. ink evidently too dry to function properly. the second one is printing properly, but on the second page it printed, the sensor reports the ink level is low.
i phoned to complain about the first cartridge, and they are sending a replacement. i will be phoning tomorrow about getting a replacement for the second cartridge, and will post a report of HP's response online..
