Cartridge does not deliver the page count advertized as I use it. I do limited color printing and no photo on this machine. My printing is mostly B/W.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good print quality. However, print driver needs a "draft mode", so as to use less ink when high quality documents are not needed.

The ink does what it is designed to do. But - there is not much ink in the container. Seems that HP could put more ink in the cartridge than what there is in it. Need to buy XL version to refrain from swapping cartridges every other day.

The XL ink cartridges are the way to go. You get so much more mileage out of a cartridge. I use my printer all the time & love that I don't have to change the ink so ofter. Great product.
