Too Expensive; Nice product

The ink creates a nice product, but it is very expensive, although the xl version does last longer than the regular product. The cartridge inserts awkwardly into the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

trisd many times to print alighnment page. no luck! spent 48 minutes on help line to find out the cartridge was defective.

I do not print much maybe 2-3 a week and find I am having to buy ink quite often for someone that doesn't work and only prints every so often.

I ordered product and received product within 24hrs. Product and HP Customer Service are wonderful. The product advertized 600 pages of copy, I actually printed 732 pages clearly and without fading. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY PRODUCTS, EVERYTHING A CONSUMER NEEDS IN A BUSINESS.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tri-Color Cartridge

Wasted my money...put it in my printer and printer wouldn't work. Said the cartridge wasn't compatible with my printer, however the black 61 cartridge was just fine. Had to remove the new cartridge and put the old tri-color back in.

Why did I receive color ink cartridges dated August 2014? Not acceptable??
The black cartridges are dated Feb. 2016.
I also did not receive an envelope to return the used cartridges.
Please advise.
