This ink lasts significantly longer (at least 3 times longer) than the standard HP60 - an exceptional value!

There is too little ink in these cartridges for the money. I have never been able to get anywhere near the output that is suggested on the order site, even using fast draft. Lucky if I get half the output.

Genuine ink doesn't work

I bought the genuine ink cartridge because it was supposed to be good for the printer. I put it in, and it won't align. I take it out, and put it in again. Same problem. My printer won't print black. I finally took it out, and put in another cartridge which works fine, but this one was a total loss: I can't get it to work. Plus there is no warranty or return information easy to find to report my issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I go through ink like crazy and decided to order this size online. I am still on this cartridge, it seems to last forever. I save money buying this instead of regular size.

I have tried less inexpensive alternatives to OEM cartridges and none of them were truly any savings considering the loss of performance and sheer frustration that comes with the reduced quality, my experience at least.
I am pleased that HP offers the XL cartridges, however home printing has priced itself, in general, into the "convenience" category as far as I'm concerned, as I can have pictures and documents printed professionally for less than I can print them myself. So far, HP continues to give me decent quality options for all the times when I need to print something myself.
