This is a fast, convenient way to purchase ink cartridges. I especially appreciate the option of purchasing a larger capacity cartridge. The price is definitely less than conventional retail outlets charge.

XL cartridges keep printing & printing

If you're weary of watching that ink level meter drop like a rock, take advantage ot the great price on HP's XL cartridges. Clicking the print button no longer has the feel of an impulse purchase.

the ink cartridge lasted for less than 200 pages

the cartridge lasted less than 200 pages. I believe something happended that it printed about 6 pages all black backround and sort of white letters. I do not know why it did that. I think you should send me another black ink replacement.

HARD to put in

Extremely difficult to put in. In fact I still haven't been able to mount it. The black went if fairly easily. Not being able to find my manual didn't help.
