Electric bill soared. Had electrician check amp usage. Using at times 18 amps vs the 6 it should be using. Was returned and will never buy another frigidaire.

We bought the refrigerator 3 months ago as a second one to be used for extra produce from the garden and as extra space for big family meals. Since it was garage ready, there is no ice-maker. It is very useful for our what we need.

Just What We Needed!

We bought this a couple of months ago and it's just what we needed. It's an extra fridge we have in the garage for the overflow of drinks primarily. Has been useful when we have made items to take to party functions or parties at our home.

It's a fridge!

Works great! Decently solid, keeps temp like a champ, and just big enough. I would have liked to have actual shelves (not racks), an extra drawer or two, and the unit to be a little quieter, but for the price I really can't complain.

We have had this refrigerator for one month. The freezer filled up with ice and looks like it is snowing in there. The refrigerator is warm. It doesn't matter what temperatures you set them at. I would recommend paying more if you have too. As much food as I have thrown away, I could have bought a unit that works right.

Hi JmBetro. We would like to recommend that you confirm that your refrigerator doors are sealing tightly, as warm air entering the cabinet can greatly affect the temperature within the refrigerator and cause ice or frost to appear. If you have not already, please refer to the Installation pages (5 & 6) of your owner’s manual. When installed, your refrigerator should have all four corners of the cabinet firmly on the floor, the cabinet should be level at the front and rear, the sides should tilt ¼ inch (6 mm) from front to back (to ensure that doors close and seal properly), and the doors should align with each other and be level. If you find that these conditions are not present please see the instructions for raising or lowering the adjustable front rollers to ensure a tight seal at the doors which can greatly affect the temperature maintained inside the refrigerator. We ask that if you have any remaining questions or concerns, please contact us directly. Kindest regards, Anna

The refrigerator freezes items that are kept toward the back and it makes a crackling noise often. I am not sure what is happening???

Hello Frigidaire Friend! The sound you could be hearing is the electronic defrost control. These parts can produce a snapping or clicking sound when turning the cooling system on and off. Try setting your refrigerator control to a warmer setting. Allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. Then check your temperatures and adjust as needed. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us directly. -Kind Regards, Theresa
