Too soon to tell

I don't know! I bought the refrigerator in March 2014 and has required service ever since the day is was delivered. As of Monday, May 19, 2014 I think it's been fixed. Our previous GE refrigerator gave us 18 years of perfect service. That's the reason why we bought this one.

I recently bought this after another brands side to side gave out....I cannot believe I did not do this sooner as I love the freezer on top feature...very roomy but more importantly a lot of room within the refrigerator itself....did my usual shopping which normally would fill up my old side to side and found I had room to spare on this one...love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Refridgerator but leaves somethings desired

Excellent Choice!

As our family continued to grow and our older side by side fridge just didn't have the freezer capacty we needed. The biggest selling feature for us was not only the energy rating, but the Large capacity of the freezer in this model. The fridge is also extremely quiet and a perfect fit for our growing family needs.

Although this refrigerator fits in the same space as my old one and looks as large from the outside, it doesn't seem to hold as much. The snack drawer is much larger, so that may be the problem. I do, however, LOVE the storage space in the door -- It holds so much more.

Buy another brand

Had several ref replacements, 17 repairman to correct problem with top freezer. I eventually kept one however there are crystals over all frozen products although wrapped in freezer containers and papers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
