One of the reasons I bought the QL-700 was because it printed Postal Bar Codes. I later found out that the software for it's bar codes was outdated. Using outdated bar codes is the same as using no bar codes at all. Other than that the unit works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ad to download new software after discussion with tech support. After that, the item works very well. I have even been able to print labels for my many USB cables.

Don't why I waited so long to buy this item. Produces crisp labels quick as a wink!!!

Would be better if labels were NOT on unique roller. Have not been able to get other Brother label printer working with this one on the same computer.

GREAT BAR CODE PRINTER

This is a great bar code printer. At first I had problems trying to figure out have to use it but once I got it going it's got easy to use now. There are lots of features on it to use. Great printer for the price I paid.

I have used this Lanier several times and I think it does a very good job. Like the way that the software works. I plan to buy another one for my wife to use at her job.
