Great UNTIL.....

This label was great right up until my computer did an update and now it will not print. It is out dated for the new updated software. So I have a label maker that works just fine except not with my computer. Very disappointed!

Bad News

Purchase at Staples with a new computer. After installing the software I could not get it to work with Windows 10, took it back to Staples and they reinstalled to no avail. Staples said it was a software issue with Windows 10. Called Tech Support at Brother waited over 15 min., no answer. Email Tech support and was unable to solve the issue, they did offer to keep trying. I did not want to spend anymore time on QL-700 so I returned it to Staples. This was the first time I have ever had any problem with a Brother product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great label printer with truly useful software. Only suggestion for improvement would be to automatically recognize the labels loaded in the machine.

Works really well

I have purchased two of the label printers to use with our kids checkin process at church. They work really well with our database program and spit out labels quickly and cleanly. The only thing I wish is that it could print in color.

Fine Little Printer

Fascinating possibilities with the "exports" from Word, Excel horizontal and vertical printing and Preloaded Layouts. Easy to set up and use with little practice. Labels are crisp and durable.
Comes with everything needed for immediate use. Case footprint is not too big for the corner of a desk (like a half loaf of bread).

FABULOUS Printer

This is my first table top label printer....I was kinda skeptical about purchasing it. I am absolutely THRILLED that I purchased the Brother QL-700. It is VERY user friendly and prints quality labels.

Perfect for small business.

We have been using this printer for postage for about a month. Works great for us! Super easy to use in conjunction with PBSmartPostage. Changes over to address labels in less than 5 seconds. I recommend this printer!!!
