Returned item..I am sure if you wanted to use this machine for office labels...a utilitarian use they would be ok...no choices for fonts..colors in labels...etc..If you wanted to use this for handmade crafts and wanted to dress up your labels you need something else. If you offered any other options in label colors and font selection, borders...I would repurchase this item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My brother gave this label printer to me and told me at the same time I would wonder how I ever functioned without one...he was absolutely correct. Seldom does a day go by that I've not labeled something, whether it be a file folder or a box of items listing its contents.

Simple but powerful

This is a great way to create your own labels with out getting out special labels and loading printer only to reload it again with regular paper. This printer eliminates that and is ready all the time. For me it made my life easy.
