Does everything you want it to. Easy to understand and easy to install and use.
Only thing I don't like is being able to print small size postage with Paypal.

Great product

I love the multiple label sizes. I can print small labels for file folders or return address labels. The large labels are great for packages. It will print in less than 2 seconds.

Works with Mac Pro

This label printer works with Mac Pro however the software is a little tricky. Down loaded fine when you need to print label you have have to search to find the get label name to print. There does not seem to be an "open file" tab to find your saved addresses. Other than that the printer itself works fine. I gave it a 4 star because it is not as easy to use a the Microsoft version....

I purchased 2 units, one for my Florida office and a second for my NJ office. The unit in my Florida office worked fine from the get go. The 2nd unit installed in my NJ office did not work no matter what I tried. Finally, I had to have my IT consultant come over and reinstall unit. He deleted everything I did and downloaded new drivers. After spending more that an hour, we could never get the printer to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
