Rocked my refund in San Carlos!

We have some complicated K-1's that have very small dollar entries on obscure lines. There is nothing worse than having the whole return held up to fix some $2 entry with some code or entry that TT didn't pick up the first time through.
What's great about it: Interviews and detailed tie-ins to forms
What's not so great: CA K-1 Form does not have line numbers!!!!

The Premier Edition addressed all my tax issues

Probably the best Turbo Tax yet. The final filing and payments were a little involved. I think this was attributed to legal requirements. TT, put your brain trust together and come up with a better mousetrap.
What's great about it: Addressed all my tax issues
What's not so great: I don't know if it was Windows 10 or Turbo Tax that did not give me a printer choice

Circular procedures in some areas are confusing.
The Add Details boxes are not easy to use.
It's Deductible is useful but the instructions are not clear especially when adding new items not already defined.
Finally, I could not find any path to apply my state refund to next year's state tax.
What's great about it: Keeps and uses repetitive data
What's not so great: Too much selling within the program

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for years even years where I think my taxes are too complicated, I get through it.
What's great about it: great program
What's not so great: 0
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Almost Perfect...

I did well until the end, when I realized TT had not accounted for the (necessary) payments I sent to both Feds and State when applying for extensions to file. This created difficulties in e-filing to the Feds, since they now owe me a refund, but the program only accounted for the amount due. Same with the State return. This oversight/glitch greatly complicated the filing of my completed returns, and also would not allow me to sign up for Audit Defense since the program incorrectly missed the fact I have a Fed refund coming.
What's great about it: Detailed, thorough, good with deductions.
What's not so great: Failed to account for payments made with extensions

I was pleased with the product. I didn't have any problems except for the vehicle information imported from 2014. I had the name of the vehicle a little different and the same vehicle I used in 2014 and 2015 came into the 2015 as another vehicle. Otherwise everything else was great.
What's great about it: Liked being walked through the process
What's not so great: Couldn't control the 2014 imported vehicle information

Turbo Tax - can not do without you

Easy to understand.
Easy to go back and amend if you forget something.
The back button actually helps to go back and forth to make sure
your entries are there.
