They say everyone hates doing their taxes, but the ease of TurboTax and the simple, encouraging instructions made it actually fun to do my taxes. Thanks to the TurboTax team, with a special tip of the hat to the writing team!

Makes doing taxes so much easier especially with owning rental properties. Gets all the deductions for child birth, daycare, student loans. Even helped with sale of rental property!

Frustration of Rejection

Everything worked great until I went to submit my deceased Mothers final return.
Then the Error was either the PIN, or Last years Information, or Last Years AGI, or something else entirely; there was No Finding Out. Software was updated, IRS said no more PINs after June 2016.
Doing my Mother's Final return was stress enough, the Malfunction was unnecessary drama.

TURBO TAX 2015

Found some of the explanatory notes a little lacking this year. Print glitch: software displayed multiple copies of returns when prompted to print--resulted in nearly 300 pages of print containing duplicative copies of the same return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, saves info from prior years and automatically inputs into current year return
What's not so great: Could use more links to additional tax prep info in TurboTax & IRS. 2015 contained an annoying print glitch (see below)
