Easy to use.

What's great about it: saves info from last year
What's not so great: doesn't autosave on a timed basis. it would prevent accidentally closing the program without saving. I wasted 4 hours.

Sweet System!

I've been using Turbo Tax since the 1980's and I never cease to be amazed with the ongoing improvements! The software has become easier to use, and the "help" is much more extensive for those who get lost preparing their return (They call me for advise). I wish that Inuit made a "professional" version for Mac.
What's great about it: Great ability to jump between Forms and Easy Step! Nice
What's not so great: Need to go through screens repeatedly when modifying return.

Makes Complicated Taxes Easy!

I've been using TurboTax for our returns for years. The process is easy, not complicated. We've had personal businesses and rental property to enter and with TurboTax we can file our own taxes, simple and sweet.
What's great about it: TurboTax guides you through the process, with helps and tips as go along the way.
What's not so great: Sometimes the program skips sections
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Please be more MAC friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and like the programs. I have been using Deluxe and Premier for personal use so when I needed the Home & Business this year I bought it at the end of December 2015. Months later when trying to install it on my MAC, as I've done for years, I discovered that it is not supported by MAC systems and had to borrow someone else's computer with Windows to do my taxes. Not cool Intuit!! Please realize many home and small businesses use MAC and fix this for 2016!
What's great about it: Has you correct errors
What's not so great: Home & Business not supported on MAC systems

Another year, another Turbo Tax tax return! We'll be back again next year!
What's great about it: Step by steps, with easy access to forms, and back again
What's not so great: Forms that you may not need (as of input) are not in the forms section. Can't "just look"
