potential issue for novice users in the income section under 1099-int dividends. I did not catch it until i completed the state return regarding a US Treasury Series EE redeemed that is State tax free. The box was quasi hidden (did not notice on 1st go-thru) and almost got charged extra 100+ on state return because info not entered properly. All that showed was a single box with N0 detailed description that opened up several boxes, including the one I needed to report interest income as coming from US Treasury obligation. Very well could be overlooked by novice user not knowing EXACTLY what to look for
What's great about it: basically easy to use the Premier Product for novice
What's not so great: potential problem for novice users in certain areas....

Never brings you back to report expenses.
What's great about it: Easy guidance through reporting rental income.
What's not so great: Doesn't bring you back after saying "We'll cover that later".

What's not so great: Extra fees being charged if opting to deduct original fee from refund. No block assigned for overseas address

I think this is an amazing product. A first time user with some advances issues to report it was very good. Keep making it better and put more of the Q&A in simpler english
What's great about it: Walks you through all the areas of the return
What's not so great: Getting help, The Q&A on-line is a little complicated and I had to wait long time for direct answers
