In general, a good experience. Might consider a feature to allow newly married individuals to merge their files for uploading. We have two houses now and it was a little disconcerting in figuring out how to get both in. Admittedly not a common situation until you are there.
Interface is good and helpful.
What's great about it: Quick uploads from Financial Institutions
What's not so great: Not all financial institutions

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years and had very few issues. However, for the second year in a row I had "Other Income" that was not further classified. Last year, I had no issues. This year was a nightmare. The income was an investment and I did expect to earn money on the investment but I was not actively engaged. The investment was a security bought through an investment company that was simply 1099-MISC Other income and there was no clear way to get there. In the process, the investment got double entered and triggered all kinds of additional taxes and it was difficult to straighten out the forms. I have never had to delete forms before but this time I did. I am not a happy camper.
What's great about it: efficiently asks questions
What's not so great: Questions not clear on other income.

I have always liked TurboTax, and took a few years off to go to a highly-paid CPA (not my choice) who, I believe, did not earn the high rate.
Glad that I am back.
What's great about it: Quick and generally easy to understand
What's not so great: Had trouble going directly to area I was seeking
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

HSA glich

Turbo Tax 2015 found that we had contributed too much to a HSA in 2014. The program asked if I wanted to remove the money we said said "yes" we would remove the excess contribution but the additional tax for over payment stayed on our return!!! I could see on Turbo Tax community that others had the same issue but no one from Intuit was addressing the problem.
Then when I looked closer at my last year's return, I had paid a $123 penalty for not taking it out last year. Turbo Tax did not "warn" me had over-paid the HSA last year and had paid a penalty last year too!!
Turbo Tax promised that I would not over pay my taxes. Not true
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for several years.
What's not so great: No help from Turbo Tax community! No phone help at night!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years, really like it. An older computer died along with the TurboTax data. I was lucky enough to be able to download the data onto a portable drive but we couldn't find it when tax time came this year. So I started a new. Hours later I was not able to answer some questions about a rental home we own, luckily my wife found the portable drive and I started a new return for this year, a real time saver. I ended up with some questions about PA state tax code and couldn't find the answers in TurboTax, ended up using the PA State web site and got the answer. Would like to see TurboTax provide more info for state tax returns.
What's great about it: Brings last year's data into this year's return, Covers a lot of issues
What's not so great: Instructions on state return somewhat lacking
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesome Package

I have been using TurboTax for about 15 years now and it keeps getting better all the time. I retired last year and rolled over my 401k to an IRA. TurboTax worked me through this and made it a relatively easy task to complete my return this year. I will continue to use TurboTax and highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow; works you throiugh a return in a logical manner, ability to exit and return easily.
