2015 TurboTax Premier

Had to purchase the Premier vs the Deluxe version just because of one form. Will still have to purchase the Premier if you have investments.
Did like the ability to look up questions on how to complete information on investment income. Better support questions.
A lot more cumbersome especially if you have to review your work or try to go back a page or try to look at a specific form. It won't let you go back easily to the page you left if you look at completed form from the upper menu. And I felt I had to go through a whole section again if I left it as it seemed to drop the last questions as unanswered or the wrong answer. I felt I needed to really look at all sections to make sure the right information was kept.
What's great about it: Very thorough in asking about all possible incomes & deductions
What's not so great: Seems to not keep some already answered questions after completing a section if you go back and review.

Easy data entry and helpful assistance throughout the program made filing Federal and State Tax Returns quick and easy.
What's great about it: Ease of submitting tax returns

made application twice to pay for state tax fee but each time I entered the confirmation number that was give to me by email the form stated that the number was expired after just one minute. Very frustrating, decided to file state by mail.
What's not so great: Everything ok until get ready to file, and pay for state. had to abort state and file by mail

I am pleased with Turbo Tax. I went from Deluxe to Premier.
What's great about it: menu driven
What's not so great: Premier should offer more state and less fees

easy to use accurate and in language easily understood. Explanations are great and the turbotax forums are very useful. I have been using turbo tax for at least 15 years and will continue to do so!
