Super easy to use

This is my 3rd year using this program, and I like it very much. I like that it takes me through each segment step by step and prompts me to the correct answer when I'm uncertain which way to go. I dislike that certain topics aren't very clear, but to be fair, I think that's due to the wording in the tax code and not necessarily a problem with the program itself.
What's great about it: Takes you thru each category
What's not so great: Certain things, such as the energy credit, can be better explained
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I wish I was able to print the Summary Sheets when comparing this year to last year. I wanted this info in print so I could actually write on it as need. What I did was make notes on a separate sheet then refer back to Summaries as needed.
Also, I wanted to print the entire charitable "list" only to find that each entry is just that, an "each" entry. No list! I keep track of my charitables on Excel so it's not having TT print a list is not so bad, I guess
What's great about it: Leading questions for information
What's not so great: Not able to print Summary Sheets as desired
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Frustrated!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and never had a problem. This year I had several. First of all, it did not import much of my data from last year into it. Not too bad - just caused me to have to retype information. Main problem was that it would not let me file electronically. I was late last year - I don't know if that had any impact on it or not. And actually, it was the IRS that rejected it, but the instructions in Turbo Tax were not correct. I never could file it electronically. As a computer person, I like to do everything on my computer. Denying me of filling my return electronically really upsets my balance!
What's great about it: I love the simplicity
What's not so great: This year had problems
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Overall a pretty smooth data entry and iterations to converge on the right answer. Easy to add more details and change box amounts. I used the supporting form methods extensively.
What's great about it: Correct formulas, accessible forms, step-by-step or choose topics

I was sent a PIN by the IRS this year due to my trouble with identity theft last year. But the IRS-supplied PIN is different from the efiling PIN prompted for at the end of your return submission process and that is not readily explained.
Also processing a K-1 with more than one business income field completed is very cumbersome. You have to duplicate your K-1 and submit more than one and none of the info from the K-1 is transferred to the second copy so you have to re-key everything. Plus you musn't repeat any of the other numbers in the other boxes or they will be counted twice and that is not explained.
I also think it would be nice if you would offer a service to store a completed return securely in the cloud somewhere. I moved from a work computer to a personal computer this year and I did not have time to move all my personal files because they de-activated my work computer earlier than expected. Plus I had a backup so I thought my return would have been backed up but for some reason my backup malfunctioned and I did not retain many of my most current files. Consequently my prior year's Turbo Tax return was not retained.
And finally on the last day before the April 18 tax deadline your online site stopped working. I was all ready to submit my two state returns and I could not buy additional services from you. It better work today as I am trying it again now!
What's great about it: Helps to keep your record keeping organized
What's not so great: Secutiry question at the end are somewhat frustrating but I guess I understand why they're necessary since I was a vis
