Have loved this product and it has become easier than ever to use. Home and business is the version that I use the most. The help brings me up to date on any changes that I might not have read about. really like the double check review at the end id does not miss any errors.
What's great about it: Have been using TurboTax since 1998 and it just keeps getting better.

This customer did not provide a text review.
What's great about it: Switching between step-by-step and forms view was useful
What's not so great: Importing of forms from brokerage imprecise; would like to be able to edit imported info more easily.

good but still some confusion

overall very good. My first time using TT, but because of some redundancies, I had some confusion trying to figure out if I needed to put in things such as health insurance premiums that were listed in my W2 again in the deductions section. maybe I just didn;t see it but some quick built in video tutorials would be helpful...I was not really sure about using DVD version along with online
What's great about it: overall seemed to get what I needed
What's not so great: some redudancies led to confusion
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very thorough, BUT...

I balanced out what my charges would be with going to H&R Block this year as opposed to Turbo Tax. It equals out, but Turbo Tax needs to be more specific on packaging Premier, i.e. let the buyer know that there are charges for e-filing State taxes. It is a confusing situation when you go to file and you are asked "How do you want to pay?", when you think you have already purchased what you needed to file regarding state returns.
Really, put it on the box. Sincerely, Kim Novak
What's great about it: Lots of options to explore, ability to do multiple variations and figure best logical filing strategies.
What's not so great: NO FINE PRINT ON Turbo Tax jacket.i.e. You are charged for e-filing State returns,+cost of added states.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Limits hurt

My tax situation has fluctuated the past couple of years and this year was difficult to figure out some of the issues like how to reduce quarterly's or how to deal with a K1 from a deceased person. Also your software does not allow me to file as Married but filing as Single. This is an option on Quickbooks that allows my staff to withhold at a higher rate and reduce their quarterly payments.
What's great about it: The software performed well as I have come to expect from Intuit.
What's not so great: I have 6 kids and need at least 5 returns to be allowed.

2015 Taxes

This is the 12th year I have used TT to file my Federal and State taxes. Each year it gets easier to file with improvements to the conversational methodology used in TT. If I need help, I can easily get it from the pros. Great piece of software for a task not overly enjoyable.
What's great about it: Easy and conversational forms required for filing.

The whole process went so much faster than I thought it would. Things were very well explained and this software is so easy to use. There have been improvements and each year it seems to get simpler to file my taxes. You know, every one hates to do their taxes, but this is about as painless as possible.
What's great about it: Just like an interview w/ a smart and savvy aunt who just happens to be an accountant.
What's not so great: Wish there were a way to have to move the mouse less when entering multiple charitable contributions
