Importing my 1099-B from a well know Financial institution was a joke, required hours of work from me, never had this problem in past years.
My other big complaint is no ability to paste passwords for Its Deductible or the Financial institution I imported my 1099-B data from
What's not so great: 1099-B importing and pasting passwords

Saved my hide!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It has always been thorough and reliable. I feel Turbo Tax has always done a good job for us! 2015 is the first year that I paid for my son's college tuition. Turbo Tax recognized this and helped me get the tax credits I deserved. It was a relief.
What's great about it: Turbo tax detected six errors and fixed them. This helped me get a refund instead of paying!
What's not so great: No complaints

Super Easy!!!

I liked being walked through the forms. I did not understand all of the questions, but was able to look up some of the terms online. It would have been nice if there had been more definitions under the INV and DIV sections to explain some of the terms better. The forms you get from the investment groups is nothing like the fields you complete in the software or on the return.
What's great about it: Walked me through....It was my first time!
What's not so great: The government forms are not EZ (but Turbo Tax was!)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

It would have been nice to list the hybrid cars that are allowed a deduction

bad programming

It was not user friendly. everytime it was started the same update window came up. No way it was necessary to do the same update everytime. Bad programing, not buying next yr. will be looking into a different program. each yr is worse.
What's great about it: was easy
What's not so great: every time I turned it on it required the same update.

Used for Kids - 8615 form had no issues

Great this year for filing kids returns. Still a problem for 1099-T and 1099-Q match-up to avoid paying tax incorrectly on 529.
What's great about it: 8615 was perfect this year - no issues
What's not so great: College tuition from 529 continues to be taxed incorrectly

Great program!

The program is SO MUCH EASIER than what I used to use (TaxAct). The previous program was so complicated and hard to navigate that it took me several more hours than it has taken me to file a joint return with TurboTax. TurboTax makes the awful task of filing taxes much more palatable.
What's great about it: So easy to navigate!
What's not so great: That I have to file taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I had a baby, I moved
