Love this program!

This is a great program. I remember paper and pencil, floppy disks with cartoon characters and word balloons, to video tips to improving importing of previous years plus the ability to fetch tax information from banks electronically, just makes it easy.
Being a retiree with fixed income, I imagine in the not too distant future, I'll sign up and my A.I. virtual accountant will simply go through my review because it gathered everything off the web. I'd pay the same price to not have to type in anything at all.
What's great about it: So easy
What's not so great: Sometimes tough to get back to add something. Should pop up sooner.

Better Than Ever

Doing taxes is worse than going mall shopping with wife. Although Turbo Tax takes the same amount of time, i can handle it better than endless wandering into stores.
What's great about it: Easy, quick and accurate, what's not to love!
What's not so great: I hate doing taxes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

We have been using turbotax for decade now..Ther product is reliable and user friendly.Their support is beyond words..they are knowledgeable,patient and willing to help...Kudos to the team of CPA's..

Not real happy...

I had to pay twice to complete the California e-file - will dispute w/ CC company. I had problems with the error check that required dates on forms that I never intend to send / complete (specifically, future estimated payments). I had a few problems untangling a complicated, amended 1099-B from broker (downloaded) where foreign taxes withheld, and with basis changes from weird fees.
I got thru it, but not without issues.
What's not so great: California e-file charged me, but didn't record the sale.
