Easy and Simple!

This year's Turbotax was more user friendly and simple than previous years. We have greater confidence in the accuracy and completeness of our return than ever before!
What's great about it: Great for mutual funds and Obamacare info
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

20th year using Turbo-Tax

This is our 20th year using Turbo-Tax to do taxes. It has been a breeze every year.
There was an issue with e-filing state this year, but a web search identified the fix. This was the first time in 20 years that we had any kind of issue, and it really wasn't a big deal.
What's great about it: Fast and easy

ID Theft part

The section dealing with a previous ID theft was misleading. First, my file was rejected the first time for not having the correct PIN number. I did not see anything asking for either a 5 or 6 digit ID PIN number. Second, spent an hour finding the information necessary for a 6 digit pin number. Better guidance is needed.
What's great about it: overall good as always

Good work flow

In general, I am pleased with the product. the only draw back I can mention is that sometimes it was difficult to find a specific item that I wanted to jump to.

Gettin' money back

It is as easy as possible...but the money still leaves your pocket. At least you know all the bases are covered and you didn't make any math errors.
What's great about it: Quick. Complete. Accurate
What's not so great: Still need the info. Want them to waft it from etherware.
